SHIPPING

It takes 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our international warehouse with 5–10 business days tracked delivery, unless the item is available in our Swedish warehouse, in which case it is delivered with 1–2 days tracked delivery via PostNord. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your purchase has been completed.
Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms.

If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may also be required to pay an import fee.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folder in case the email ends up there.

If you cannot find your email, do not hesitate to contact us at YOUR EMAIL, and we will assist you.

If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may also be required to pay a fee.

Our prices are excluding VAT, and therefore customs and import charges may apply when the item is shipped from our warehouse in China. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any such charges.
