Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Refund of return shipping costs is not available for this.
As soon as we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 7 days!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Warranty Terms and Right of Withdrawal
The warranty for SafeClip only applies if the product is unused and in the case of manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by the customer mishandling the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle it carefully.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in its original condition. If the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We cannot accept a return of a used item for legal reasons, as it is not permitted to resell a used hygiene product.
Returns (if applicable)
When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace SafeClip if it is defective, unused or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different model, send us an email using our contact form.
Shipping
We will instruct you via email where to send your SafeClip for return.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an order worth over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
